Changes to the Exercise Program

Anna Gottreich will be making some modifications to the exercise program with more emphasis on balance control and more work while standing (for those who can). There is no longer a required fee but, rather, a suggested donation for those who wish to contribute.

There is relevant material newly added to the Forum page and the new description of the classes in the Stretch page.

T-Shirts!

StuArt Chapman made a logo type design based on the logo you see in the upper left corner of this page, a miniature of Hokusai's "Great Wave". Buzz at the Bolinas Surf Shop has made the necessary silk-screen and you can now buy T-Shirts or Golf Shirts or Baseball Caps with the logo in any of several colors on stock of various colors directly from Buzz. Here is a white golf shirt with a navy logo.
